This beautiful route brings you – by ferry to cross the canal- to the Waterland area. You will visit a lot of old Dutch villages, like Durgerdam, Broek in Waterland, Volendam en Edam. Along the way there is a lot to see and to do (see also our stoptips on the site). Besides the terraces and restaurants you can visit the cheesefarm, the clogsfarm, the teagarden in Overleek or go by a silent boat to Broek in Waterland. This is a real beautiful and relax way to discover the other parts of Amsterdam.
Waterland route (the red one) is about 75km (Category C)
